I cannot sign in

Request a password-reset link using your account email. Check spam and use the newest link. If your authenticator is unavailable, use an unused recovery code saved during setup.

If neither is available, read the sign-in help and contact support. Identity and authority need review; support cannot simply bypass authentication. Never email passwords, reset links, verification codes or authenticator setup keys.

I signed in, but cannot see the right work

Ask your municipal or engineering-office administrator to check your assignment, municipality and role. A paused workspace needs its responsible administrator to review authorization and setup.

Account, firm membership and municipal permission are separate. A reset or support email does not add permission. Include the municipality name and missing-access description if your administrator needs our help; do not attach private records.

I have a document, records or reporting question

For a missing file, processing error or unavailable export, identify the page, failed step, visible record reference and approximate time with your time zone. Keep the original file. A retry does not mean its evidence was approved.

For evidence decisions, outreach eligibility, retention or reporting requirements, start with the municipality’s coordinator, reviewer or records contact. Technical support does not award points, approve evidence, certify compliance or submit official reports.

For exports or closure, identify the scope and authorized person. Closing access does not delete an audit trail or override preservation instructions. For personal-information requests, use the Privacy notice request process.

I suspect an account or security problem

Email accounts@ms4central.com with the subject “MS4 Central security concern”. Describe what happened, when, which account or page was involved and how to contact you. Notify your municipal administrator if its access or records may be affected.

Send minimum initial detail. Do not email credentials, recovery codes, private files or secret-bearing links. Do not test access to other users’ records; describe your observation and ask us to arrange a safe follow-up.

Reports follow the support review process. This contact does not promise continuous monitoring or a guaranteed incident response time.

What should I send?

  1. Your account email and whether this concerns the live service or fictional preview.
  2. The municipality name, if relevant, and page or visible record reference.
  3. Your intended action, what happened and the time with your time zone.
  4. A screenshot only if useful, with personal information, private municipal content and secret links removed.

Start without attachments. We can arrange an appropriate follow-up for private documents. An email link opens your mail application; this page does not send or upload anything automatically.
