The product, in plain language
A shared record of the work.
Start with the responsibility. Keep its proof and review decisions close by.
Create your account to start setup. Your municipality and role are assigned separately. Real municipal workflows remain paused until their authorization and applicable rules have been reviewed. Official filing is not enabled.
Tasks & deadlines
Turn a responsibility into a task with a named owner, a team target date and a progress status. Open the overview to find work that needs evidence, review or an owner.
Team planning dates are not automatically verified permit deadlines. Marking a task complete does not accept its evidence or certify compliance.
Public education
Record an activity, its audience and what was covered. Attach proof, have the files reviewed, then submit the activity for a separate eligibility decision.
The five education categories show current-year records and reviewed points. Totals use the program's pinned rule edition; changes retain earlier reviews.
Calculation edition 2 supports all 26 activity types in the fictional NJ Tier A preview. Eighteen fixed-point types count once per year under a disclosed preview convention; qualified repeat-credit and municipal applicability review remain outstanding. Existing registers keep their edition until a coordinator explicitly adopts the update. Points cover education only, not overall permit compliance.
Documents
Search the municipality's supporting files and see which need a safety check, a review or a correction. Each file stays attached to its task, with earlier versions and review history preserved.
PDF, JPG and PNG files are private to authorized users. A safety check looks for known threats; a person separately decides whether the file supports the task.
Staff training
Keep a municipal roster, assign training for each person's actual duties, and record sessions, signed attendance and certificates. Reviewed completions and working renewal dates show who still needs attention.
Earlier attendance revisions and reviewer decisions are preserved. Training is separate from public-outreach points. Initial deadlines, terms, permit cycles and rule-amendment applicability require coordinator review; real municipal use remains off.
Assets & inspections
Keep stable asset and GIS references, inspect each location, record findings and follow them through corrective work. Reviewed evidence supports inspection coverage; repeat visits to the same asset do not inflate the count.
A checked CSV import maps columns, explains row errors and retains a reconciliation. Existing assets are never overwritten. Inactive assets and earlier field reviews remain retained. GIS links keep your existing system in place; automatic GIS synchronization and offline field capture are not available.
Reports
Review education, training and field-work records, answer the preparation areas and keep an immutable report revision. A reviewer can approve that exact preparation record or request changes. Later edits cannot rewrite an earlier snapshot.
Working education exports include printable HTML and spreadsheet-ready CSV. Frozen annual records include readable HTML, captured values, rule and evidence references, review history and integrity hashes. Private evidence file contents are excluded from these metadata downloads.
Approved annual filing and official submission are not available. Responsible officials must check the current official form, permit applicability and legal certification. An internal preparation approval does not certify compliance.
For engineering firms
Move between the municipalities you are explicitly authorized to support. Each workspace shows whose records you are viewing, and access is checked on every request.
A firm's assignment does not provide unrestricted access to every municipality. Self-service client invitations and account administration are still planned.
Advanced connections and offline field work
Existing GIS reference links are supported. Automatic GIS synchronization, external document assistance and offline capture are not enabled. Private offline storage, conflict recovery and permission revocation need separate verification before those capabilities are advertised.
Keep the distinctions that matter
Done, supported and reviewed are different.
- Task complete
- Your team recorded the internal work as complete.
- File accepted
- A reviewer accepted that file as supporting evidence for the task.
- Activity reviewed
- A reviewer made an eligibility decision about the recorded activity and its evidence.
- Reviewed points
- Applicable conditions and annual limits are applied separately to current reviewed records.
MS4 Central keeps those records connected. None is an automatic certification of permit compliance.
